1. About Cresco

Cresco is a digital infrastructure and technology provider. Cresco designs, operates, and maintains digital network systems and supporting infrastructure.

Cresco does not provide financial services, investment advice, or guaranteed return products.

2. Cresco Nodes

A Cresco Node is a digital participation unit that provides access to system-generated rewards based on network activity and infrastructure performance.

• Purchasing/activating a node does not grant equity, shares, or ownership in Cresco.
• Participants do not operate, control, or manage Cresco infrastructure.

3. Rewards

• Rewards are variable, performance-based, and not guaranteed.
• Rewards depend on network usage, transaction activity, and system performance.
• Cresco does not promise fixed returns, interest, or profit.

4. Source of rewards

Rewards are generated from real network usage and system activity (for example: transaction processing and infrastructure performance). Rewards are not funded by new participants.

5. Risks

Participation involves risks, including reduced network usage, performance changes, operational/technical issues, and regulatory changes. There is no capital protection.

6. Fees

Cresco may apply platform, operational, or maintenance fees. Where applicable, fees will be disclosed within the platform experience before confirmation.

7. System changes, maintenance, and security

Cresco may upgrade systems, adjust reward mechanisms, or pause access for maintenance or security. These actions may impact reward availability.

8. Suspension and termination

Cresco may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

9. No financial advice

Cresco does not provide financial advice. Participants are responsible for their own decisions.

10. South Africa legal position

Cresco operates as a technology provider. Cresco Nodes are not deposits, not collective investment schemes, and do not represent shares or ownership. Cresco does not provide financial services as defined by FAIS.

11. Acceptance

By using Cresco services, you confirm you understand these terms, acknowledge risks, and accept that rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
